Who should apply?

We welcome applications from experienced mentors, induction tutors, and CPD leads who:

• Have knowledge and understanding of the Early Career Framework and how this supports Early Career Teacher development.
• Are competent using Microsoft Teams/Zoom (or another online platform) for seminars and ideally have experience of delivering training online
• Have the support their Headteacher to undertake this role.

Opportunities are available to facilitate a cluster of early career teachers, or a cluster of mentors of early career teachers, or both. Delivery will be via face-to-face and online learning. Materials will be provided for each session, together with training from University College London and East Manchester Teaching School Hub

Payment

The East Manchester Teaching School Hub will pay the schools of trained facilitators at a rate of £350 per day, termly, in arrears. Notice period by either party is one term.
