Continuing Professional Development

The East Manchester Teaching School Hub is committed to signposting, developing, and delivering a wide continual professional development (CPD) offer that meets the needs of teachers and leaders across the region. We will provide clear and direct signposting to:

  • DfE accredited and approved programmes
  • Existing high quality CPD provision, which is complementary to that of the ECF, NPQs and DfE approved programmes

We will also work with colleagues across the region to identify where there are unmet gaps in the CPD provision and support the commissioning and design of CPD to meet these needs.

Wider CPD that is signposted or offered through the Teaching Hub will be procured and quality assured to confirm that the programme meets the standards for teachers’ professional development
