Applicants for this programme are not required to have QTS

As with all the NPQs, this programme is fully funded for all colleagues working in state schools and will cover three modules:

1.Culture and Ethos

2. Curriculum and Teaching

3. Organisational Effectiveness

Module 2 is designed from the Early Career Framework and suitable for staff at all levels and responsibilities.

“Developing a sustainable culture of teacher excellence is the central role of every leader in education , at every level, in every context”

“Leaders are of course integral to creating a culture where teachers can thrive and strive to develop excellent practice in their classrooms”

“ALL members of staff in a school can contribute to a culture of teacher excellence, therefore it is vital that all colleagues have an awareness of the evidence base that underpins effective teaching”
