Our Year One Mentor Conference complements the training you engaged with in the Autumn term. During this conference we will review the year so far and prepare you to support your ECT in Year Two of their induction. This conference is a key part of your training, and engagement with UCL’s Programme for Mentors. We look forward to hearing all about your ECT’s progress, and your experience as a mentor.
